3. Project Process

Our project workflow includes:

• Discovery: Initial consultation to understand your requirements
• Design: Creation of mockups and wireframes for approval
• Development: Building the website according to agreed specifications
• Launch: Deploying the completed project

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• 50% balance due upon project completion
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or as agreed

5. Revisions Policy

Each service package includes a specific number of revision rounds:

• Landing Page: 2 revision rounds
• Business Website: 3 revision rounds
• E-Commerce Store: 4 revision rounds

Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive full ownership of the developed website. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a project:

• Cancellation before design approval: 50% refund
• Cancellation after design approval: No refund
• Work completed will be delivered upon cancellation
